Between January 21 and 24, Cristal Embalagens held its 2025 Sales Convention, with the theme Mission Possible. The company brought together its national sales team and also counted on the participation of foreign trade representatives, further strengthening its presence in the international market.

Cristal Embalagens brought together the founding family, employees, representatives, and authorities from Morro da Fumaça - where its headquarters are located - to celebrate its 25-year history. The event was held in October, throughout the day, at the Flor de Lis Event Center, and featured tributes to the company’s founders, celebrations of employee tenure, and raffles for 4 JBL speakers, 4 JBL headphones, 3 televisions, 5 Alexas, 25 bicycles, 5 motorcycles, and a big surprise: 1 brand new car.

More than 100 professionals, including employees, representatives, and strategic guests from Cristal Embalagens, participated in three days of reflection, learning, inspiration, and knowledge sharing. The company is investing in new machines with innovative technology, and as a result, professionals took part in a “technological” immersion focused on innovation, connectivity, driving success, competitiveness, and excellence.

In yet another edition of SIPAT Cristal Embalagens, employees were able to improve their safety and accident prevention techniques at work. With a busy schedule of lectures, exchanges of ideas, and moments of relaxation, the event focused especially on life balance and its connection to self-knowledge and self-care.

Cristal Embalagens held its Annual Sales Convention between January 17 and 20, 2023. The event, themed Crystal Pathfinders, brought together representatives from across the country. It was four days of intensive training, information exchange, presentation of 2022 results, and alignment of goals for 2023.

Developed in a 100% recyclable monomaterial structure, Cristal Embalagens, in partnership with its client Piray Alimentos, has once again surprised the market with an innovative project.

On July 16, Cristal Embalagens employees gathered to celebrate another edition of the Workers’ Day Party.

With the theme Conectados, the company sought to highlight the representative as the main connection between the customer and the company, as well as the importance of being connected today, not only with new technologies that emerge, but also with market trends, the needs of the company and the customer, the company's plans, and the goals that have been set.

Cristal Embalagens was once again awarded the Prof. Sérgio Vay Flexo Quality Award 2021, the most important award in the Brazilian Flexography Industry. Created in 1993 by ABFLEXO/FTA-BRASIL, the Award is granted to the best flexographic printing works (Broadband, Narrowband, and Corrugated Cardboard) from all regions of Brazil.

The party took place on July 23 at the company’s premises and complied with all COVID-19 safety measures. The festival brought together all employees, who got into the spirit of the festivities, dressed up in traditional costumes, and helped decorate their work areas with June decorations.

In addition to investing in innovation, training, standardization, and monitoring, Cristal Embalagens has also valued the health and safety of its employees for 20 years. Therefore, with the aim of raising awareness about accident prevention and safety in the workplace, the company held its 13th Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT) between July 15 and 19. The event, organized by the Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPA), took place in the company auditorium and was attended by over 280 participants

Work, family, and faith. These were the values established by Cristal Embalagens management during the Labor Day celebration held on May 4. The company’s 20th anniversary was also celebrated on this occasion.

Cristal Embalagens held its 2019 Sales Convention between January 14 and 18. The meeting, which highlighted teamwork, the pursuit of better results, and sales improvement, brought together management, internal staff, and representatives.

Cristal Embalagens’ employees, encouraged by members of the Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPA), participated in the 12th edition of the Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT) between July 16 and 20. During the five days of the event, professionals participated in activities related to this year's theme: “Family: take good care of yourself so you can take care of them.”

Cristal Embalagens’ employees gathered on April 21 to celebrate another edition of Labor Day. The meeting was held in the ballroom of the São Roque Mother Church, Morro da Fumaça. The special lunch included moments of fellowship and thanksgiving, as well as a raffle with various prizes, including three bicycles, a television, dinner sets, appliances, and a home theater system.
